Manitoba is implementing Phase 3 of easing restrictions due to COVID-19 effective Sunday June 21, 2020
Most, if not all of the Sommerfeld Mennonite Churches in Manitoba will be open for worship service on Sunday June 21. Certain limitations may be in effect. Service format and times may vary by location. Please check with your local church if you have questions. (See earlier post below for guidelines that apply to faith based services)
MORDEN: Worship service at 10:00 am. No Sunday School for this morning, because we will be using the dining hall for seating congregants in order to comply with provincial health orders. Please do bring your children – families living in the same household do not need to be physically distanced (can sit together).
MacGregor: The following announcement applies to the MacGregor Church Congregation.
We are planning to start having church services on Sunday June 21st. We will have 2 services. 9am and 10.30 am. We would ask that those whose last name begins with the letter A – P to come for the service that will begin @ 9am. Then everyone whose last name begins with the letter R – Z should plan to attend the service which will begin @10.30am. We would encourage you to tell others that may not be on a contact list. We are working on details how to make this work. We ask you to please follow the guidelines that the parking attendants and ushers will instruct you with. We hope to see you on Sunday. Please pray that it will work out, so we can keep having services.
Your ministerial.
